Our Simple Planning Process

Feeling Overwhelmed and Stressed? We're Here to Help!

We like to keep it simple! By not overcomplicating the planning process we ensure all of the important tasks are completed on time. Our planning process consists of 4 stages. 

Planning

We start by establishing your budget, selecting the perfect venue, and securing key vendors. During this initial phase, we prioritize booking your dream team, including the venue, photographer, videographer, officiant, and caterer.

Design

Together, we delve into the aesthetics, discussing the overall look and feel you envision for your special day. This phase also includes your wedding gown shopping, bridesmaid dress selection, and exploration of groom and groomsmen attire.

Coordination

We will craft a comprehensive timeline, contact vendors, and ensure a seamless flow. Collaborating closely with each vendor establishing an optimized timeline that guides the entire day's schedule.

Execution

The magic unfolds in the week of the wedding. We will take charge of final timelines, handle emails, and manage logistics. As one of the first and last vendors on-site, we will ensure flawless execution, allowing you to focus on creating and cherishing memories.
