This is our most popular package and is best for couples who want family and friends to enjoy the day instead of setting up, decorating, cleaning up, or solving problems behind the scenes.

Partial Planning & Design
For couples who need more support before the final coordination period.

This package is best for couples who have the main pieces booked but need professional guidance to organize the details, finalize logistics, and prepare for a smooth wedding day.
This package includes:
- Everything in the Wedding Day Coordination Package

- Up to 6 months of planning support
- Monthly planning check-ins
- Planning outline and task list
- Design consultation and mood board
- Budget guidance
- Vendor recommendations for remaining vendors
- Vendor contract review
- Venue walkthrough
- Floor plan support
- More hands-on logistics guidance before the final 6–8 weeks
Wedding Day Coordination
For couples who have everything planned and need final coordination.
Starts at $1600
This package is best for couples who already have their vendors, design plan, décor plan, setup plan, and cleanup plan finalized.
This package includes:
- Final 6–8 weeks of coordination support
- Wedding day timeline creation
- Vendor communication 4–6 weeks before the wedding
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination
- Wedding day management
- Ceremony and reception flow support
- Basic setup and collection of approved personal items
- Emergency kit
- Lead coordinator and assistant team based on guest count
This package is not a decorating package. It does not include full room decorating, DIY décor setup, centerpiece assembly, floral installation, rental setup, linen/chair setup, or cleanup of large quantities of personal décor.
