PACKAGES TO COMPLIMENT ANY SIZE WEDDING

Wedding Planning Packages

All Packages include 2+ coordinators on-site for either 8 hours or up to 12 hours. Prices are determined by guest count to ensure enough coordinators are on-site to manage your wedding successfully. 

These services do not include full DIY set-up or clean-up. DIY set-up or clean-up services can be added as a separate fee with prices starting at $300.

 Our payment structure consists of either a 40% retainer or for events 9 months out we offer an optional installment plan of 4 payments.

Wedding Coordination Package

Start Management 8 weeks before your wedding

Starts at $1200

                                                                                            You did the work, now it is time to sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor! After you have planned your wedding, let us step in to take over the final details so you can focus on enjoying getting married!!                                         

         This package includes:                            

  • 2+ coordinators on-site on your wedding day for 8 or up to 12 hours.
  • Includes Full Access to an online suite of planning tools with wedding website, seating charts, and budget tools. 
  • Set up & tear down all selected decor from our inventory (if decor package is purchased)
  • May assist with set up and clean-up of agreed-upon decor not owned by Planned Elegance at our discretion.
  • 1-hour rehearsal coordination 
  • Provide a Checklist of monthly, weekly, and daily wedding tasks up to and including your wedding day.
  • Check-in and confirm vendor’s schedule: a month out, the week before, and the day of the wedding.
  • Design and provide a detailed Master timeline for the Wedding Day. 
  • Supervise Set up with vendors on the Wedding Day
  • Provide a bridal emergency kit for the bridal party
  • Line up and send down your wedding party for the ceremony
  • Greet guests and assist them to their tables at the reception
  • Line up your wedding party for the introductions
  • Follow up with your DJ, Announcements, and Reception events.
  • Remain at the Reception and pack all items in the Bridal Box (provided by Planned Elegance throughout the night. Items such as the Cake Topper, toasting glasses, Server set, special photos, bridal veil, unity candle, memorial candle, and special care for bride’s flowers are tended to and packed carefully.
  • Deliver gifts and bridal box to the location requested by the Bride (Usually a close family member’s car that will deliver them to your home at a later time)
  • Always be available via e-mail or phone for questions, concerns, and a listening ear…. 

Partial Planning & Design Package

Start planning 6 + months before your wedding

Starts at $2400 (Most Popular)

This package is ideal for couples who have already secured a venue & caterer and are looking for support with solidifying the rest of their wedding plans! This package includes 6+ months of wedding planning services and a designated professional coordinator to ensure all of your hard work comes together beautifully on your wedding day!

  • Everything in the Wedding Coordination Package 

PLUS +


  • 2+ coordinators on-site on your wedding day for up to 12 hours.
  • Includes Full Access to an online suite of planning tools with wedding website, seating charts, and budget tools. 
  • Help select/provide vendors for your wedding.
  • Budget Management (included in the digital planner)
  • 2-hour rehearsal coordination
  • Assists with the design aspects of the wedding including color design palette, theme design, and floor plan layouts. Includes mood boards.
  • Check-in and confirm vendor’s schedule: 3 months out, a month out, the week before, and the day of the wedding.
  • Provide a Plan of Action and a Checklist of monthly, weekly, and daily wedding tasks up to and including your wedding day with monthly Check-in calls.
  • Attend (1) meeting at your ceremony site and (1) meeting at your reception site

Full Planning & Design Package

Start planning 12 + months before your wedding

Starts at $3600

Our Full Wedding Planning & Design Package offers support with all elements of wedding planning ranging everywhere from vendor selection to perfecting even the tiniest of details!

With this package you are investing in more than just a wedding planner, but a full moral support system to help guide you through this exciting time

  • Start planning 12 months before your wedding
  • Includes Full Access to an online suite of planning tools with wedding website, seating charts, and budget tools. 
  • Unlimited communication and scheduled meetings.
  • Help select vendors for your wedding from the beginning. 
  • Check-in and confirm vendors several months & weeks in advance, and on the wedding day.
  • Attend (2) meeting at your ceremony site and (2) meetings at your reception site
  • Hold (2) meetings designated for timeline development and wedding details
