A Joyful Celebration Overlooking the Cleveland Skyline
We were honored to provide Coordination and Decor, bringing their vision to life with selections from our Red & Burgundy Collection and Acrylic Collection.
Design & Décor: Bold, Warm, and Romantic
Their palette of rich reds and deep burgundy tones added elegance and warmth to the rooftop ceremony and indoor reception spaces. Acrylic accents enhanced the modern, chic feel of the venue. Together, these elements created a polished and elevated look that paired beautifully with the soft evening light on the water.
Every detail from aisle décor to reception centerpieces was planned to highlight Nicole and Rick’s style while enhancing the already stunning backdrop of the Music Box Supper Club.
A Large Wedding Party With an Even Larger Heart
This wedding brought together a big, lively group:

- 200+ guests
With such a large party, logistics had to be seamless. The ceremony took place on the rooftop, and moving more than 200 guests from the parking area to the top level required careful timing and coordination.
Our team stayed in constant communication, directing guests, assisting the wedding party, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Thanks to a clear plan and teamwork, every guest made it to the ceremony on time and without stress.
The Rooftop Challenge: Wind vs. the Arch
Outdoor ceremonies are always beautiful, but they also come with surprises. On this particular day, the wind on the roof added an extra challenge, especially for the ceremony arch. Our team took extra time to double and triple-secure the arch with weights to ensure it stayed in place throughout the ceremony.
What guests saw was a beautiful setup, framed perfectly for Nicole and Rick’s vows. What they didn’t see was the behind-the-scenes effort to make sure everything stayed safe and flawless.
The Ceremony & Celebration
As guests settled into the rooftop space, the skyline and waterfront created a remarkable atmosphere. Nicole and Rick exchanged vows surrounded by family, friends, and the warm summer breeze. After the ceremony, the celebration continued inside, where guests enjoyed dinner, dancing, and the signature lively ambiance of the Music Box Supper Club.
